ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - The Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS) asks of parliament to oblige the Interior Ministry to conduct an investigation into the privatisation process in the Suncani Hvar hotel chain, in line with regulations
of the Criminal Procedure Act and to forward a report on the issue to the State Audit Office. The HSLS also demands that both report be forwarded to parliament within 30 days.
ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - The Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS)
asks of parliament to oblige the Interior Ministry to conduct an
investigation into the privatisation process in the Suncani Hvar
hotel chain, in line with regulations of the Criminal Procedure Act
and to forward a report on the issue to the State Audit Office. The
HSLS also demands that both report be forwarded to parliament

The HSLS bench proposed this in parliament on Thursday because of,
as they say, suspicions and indications, said during yesterday's
debate as well as media headlines, that the privatisation process
was not connected in accordance with legal regulations.
At today's news conference, HSLS MPs proposed that parliament
investigates possible irregularities in the sale of Suncani Hvar
and the Croatian Privatisation Fund leaders assume
responsibility.
