The State Prosecution filed the suit with the Zagreb Municipal
Court requesting that the cession contracts be annulled, deputy
state prosecutor Snjezana Frkovic told Hina.
The state prosecution claims that 12.3 million kuna was paid into
Sulic's accounts opened at the Zagrebacka and Privredna Banks.
Sulic is now a member of the Croatia Bus supervisory board.
The submitted documentation implies possible criminal offences and
the police and other competent bodies have been requested to launch
an investigation, Frkovic said.
If the court accepts the lawsuit, Sulic will have to return the
money to the company.
