ZAGREB ZAGREB, March 20 (Hina) - The first international franchise and business partnership fair, FIP 2003, opened in Zagreb Thursday. Thirty-five exhibitors, mostly franchisees, from Italy, France, Great Britain, Switzerland, the
United States and Croatia, are taking part in the fair.

The fair has been organised by the Croatian Franchise and Business
Partnership Association, the Croatian Managers' Association
(CROMA) and a Zagreb company, Promaturo, with the cooperation of
the Italian Embassy.
Franchising is a type of entrepreneurship involving the sale or
purchase of a franchise to use the name of a product or service along
with taking over an entire business system.
