Boris Djelalija, head of the hospital's isolation ward, said a
seaman from Smiljcici near Benkovac in southern Croatia, who spent
three days in China, was admitted today.
Epidemiological data indicate he may have contracted the flu upon
arriving in Croatia. Nonetheless, he has been placed among the risk
patients and will be subjected to a variety of tests.
