BELGRADE, March 17 (Hina) - The question of the responsibility of the police will be raised at the end of the probe into last week's assassination of Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, Boris Tadic, vice president of the Democratic Party and a Serbia and Montenegro defence minister candidate, said on Monday. #L# "The liability of the police will be raised sooner or later, not just of the police minister but of all who were in charge of Premier Djindjic's security," Tadic told Belgrade's TV Politika station. He said it was possible that some of those who took part in the Djindjic slaying were in Montenegro, Bosnia's Serb entity, even in some Latin American countries. Cedomir Jovanovic, another Democratic Party vice president, told Radio B92 today that to date police had arrested about 400 people from various criminal clans, and that "many until now unresolved murders in Serbia will be cleared".
