MOSTAR, Feb 17 (Hina) - Spokesman for the Hague Tribunal's Office in Bosnia-Herzegovina Refik Hodzic on Monday confirmed that there was a possibility that some indictees, currently detained in The Hague, could be returned to Bosnia
and tried there.

Bosnia-Herzegovina Refik Hodzic on Monday confirmed that there was
a possibility that some indictees, currently detained in The Hague,
could be returned to Bosnia and tried there. #L#
He referred to seven cases concerning thirteen indictees for war
crimes, some of whom are currently detained in The Hague while
others are still at large, Hodzic told Hina on Monday night.
He explained that the cases could be transferred from The Hague to
Sarajevo and be tried by a special Council for War Crimes with the
State Court in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
