BELGRADE, Feb 17 (Hina) - The head of Serb radicals, Vojislav Seselj, said on Monday that the indictment which the UN war crimes tribunal at The Hague had issued against him was "based on lies", and that he would return from The Hague
as "the winner".

Seselj said he would travel to The Hague on February 24, on a regular
Yugoslav Airlines (JAT) flight, while "a great farewell rally"
would be staged in Belgrade's central square a day earlier.
The Serb radical leader said he expected to be served with the
indictment on Wednesday and that he would reject any possible
guarantees the Yugoslav or Serbian governments might offer.
