BELGRADE, Jan 30 (Hina) - The Yugoslav parliament's Council of Citizens adopted an agreement on dual citizenship between this country and Bosnia-Herzegovina at a special session on Thursday. The agreement was adopted by the

According to the agreement, dual citizenship may be granted to a
person with three years of residence in the country whose
citizenship the applicant is requesting or a person who is married
to a citizen of the country for at least a year on condition he/she
was never convicted of a crime which is punished with a prison
sentence of more than three years.
On Friday, the Citizens' Council should discuss a draft readmission
agreement between Croatia and Yugoslavia.
