offer. #L#
The opposition party will forward its requests to parliament next
week.
The government breached the basic privatisation principles in
INA's case having failed, before opening the offers yesterday, to
formulate the formal criteria for their assessment, even though
these had been submitted to it in December, Hrvoje Vojkovic, a
member of the HSLS Executive Council, told a news conference on
Saturday.
HSLS vice president Djurdja Adlesic stated that the Social
Democrats' coalition government implemented the privatisation
process in a non-transparent fashion and by breaking the law
similarly as the previous one led by the Croatian Democratic
Union.
