During talks with Zdravko Tomac, parliament's vice president and
chairman of its foreign affairs committee, Granit said the Iraqi
crisis would most likely not be resolved peacefully, parliament
said in a statement.
Tomac said the warnings about terrorist organisations in Bosnia an
Israeli delegation made in the Croatian parliament last year had
proven correct.
He also said it was unacceptable to have had Milan Bulajic, whom he
branded an exponent of the Greater Serbia and anti-Croat policy,
head an Israeli conference on Jasenovac, a Croatian WWII
concentration camp.
Tomac also pointed to the need of better informing young Croats
about the suffering of Jews in WWII.
The parliament statement noted that Granit had also held talks with
Mate Granic, Ivo Sanader, Zlatko Kramaric, and Ivo Slaus.
