ZAGREB, Jan 14 (Hina) - In the first eleven months of 2002, Croatian nautical ports marked an eight percent increase in boaters than in the same months in 2001 -- 625,500. The boaters accounted for the same increase in overnight
stays, totalling 885,600 in those ports.

From January through November, there were 595,200 foreign boaters
in Croatian marinas, marking a seven percent increase than in the
previous year, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported.
Croatian boaters increased their visits to Croatian marinas by 33
percent, totalling 30,300 arrivals.
