ZAGREB STOCK EXCHANGE CLOSES AT 29.6 MILLION KUNA TUESDAY

ZAGREB, Jan 7 (Hina) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange closed on Tuesday at 29.6 million kuna. The value of the Crobex index fell by 0.97 percent to 1,166.6 points, and the bond index Crobis dropped by 0.06 percent to 101.5457 points. #L# Tuesday was marked by lively inter-institutional and regular transactions involving government bonds in the overall amount of 28.7 million kuna. The largest transaction, amounting to a little over 15 million kuna, was realised outside of the Stock Exchange with the shares of the State Agency for the Insurance of Savings and Rehabilitation of Banks. This transaction is followed by a turnover of 8.1 million kuna realised through regular trade in RHMF-O-125A government bonds. The third largest transaction was a four-million-kuna inter- institutional transaction involving Croatian Health Insurance Institute bonds. EUR1 = 7.486 kuna (hina) lml
