Nuic told reporters in Pula on Friday that "Joras's opinion that his
house is in Slovenia is the same as him thinking his house is in
America or on Mars. It is his personal opinion, while the truth is
that Joras's real-estate is on Croatian soil where Croatian laws
which must be obeyed are in force," Nuic said.
He added that the County State Prosecutor's Office believes that
all Joras's actions were misdemeanour acts, and one should know
that no matter how many times he repeats it, the misdemeanour cannot
grow into a criminal act.
