Domic was dismissed due to irregularities in the work of the court administration. Marko Pribislavic was appointed acting president of the court.
Domic will also face a possible dismissal as a judge as soon as disciplinary proceedings are launched against her by the State Judicial Council.
Judge Domic came under the spotlight after the Split County police pressed charges against her on suspicion of abuse of office. She is believed to have passed a number of unfair rulings in property-related cases.
