Also present at the talks were the head of the Croatian-German Friendship Group, Ivan Jarnjak, and a representative of the German national minority in the Croatian Parliament, Nikola Mak.
The delegation of the Danube-Swabian Foundation included foundation president Christian O. Steger and foundation director Eugen Christ.
Bebic expressed gratitude to the German people for its help to Croatia so far. He said Croatia had done a lot to preserve the German culture and protect national minorities.
"Many EU countries take Croatia's model for the protection of minority rights as an example," the guests from Germany said.
