of Pula on Wednesday night within the ongoing 'Histria Festival'.Some 5,000 people gathered in Pula's landmark 'Arena' to attend the gala
concert of the Israeli Philharmonic at which it performed works of of Russian
Romantic composers, Petar Ilich Tchaikovsky and Nikolay Roman-Koraskov.
Last night's event in Pula's amphitheatre was the only concert which the
Israeli Philharmonic, considered to be among top ten orchestras in the world,
held in Europe this summer.
