This has been the lowest deficit since 2000 when it totalled EUR 568 million.
The narrowing of last year's deficit was ascribed to a strong reduction of the deficit on the goods account and a mild rise in the surplus on the services account.

(Hina) - Croatia's current account deficit totalled
EUR 654.3 million in 2010, dropping by 73.9 percent from 2009,
according to the latest statistics released by the Croatian National
Bank (HNB).
