ban the advertising of tobacco products at sports events, with no

At its session on Thursday the government launched the process of
signing the World Health Organisation's framework convention on
tobacco control.
The government also presented its bill on the rights of patients,
under which patients would have the right to make decisions regarding
their medical treatment and the right to ask for a second opinion.
