Croatian Television said Granic was hospitalised for the second time
that day because he was in a pre-heart attack condition. No details
were revealed
Granic and Darinko Bago, the chief executive officer of Koncar
Electrical Industries Inc., were arrested last Friday on suspicion of
bribery in the sale of Koncar shares.
Earlier on Monday, the investigating judge rejected a request by the
Office for the Prevention of Corruption and Organised Crime (USKOK) to
order an investigation and remand the two in custody for a month.
