Republika Srpska institutions have forwarded information to the Commission referring to the events which took place on 10-19 July 1995. The entity's government formed the Commission in December 2003 at the initiative of the House for Human Rights and after 48 complaints filed by mothers from Srebrenica. A former judge of the entity's Constitutional Court, Marko Arsovic was the first appointed head of the commission. Arsovic was, however, relieved of his duty on April 5 and replaced by Bogdanic in line with a decision by High Representative Paddy Ashdown. (Hina) it
