suspected of inciting a nine-member gang to kidnap a general's

The international arrest warrant was issued via Interpol's office in
Zagreb.
General Vladimir Zagorec's son Tomislav was kidnapped in Zagreb on
February 23. He was released after his father paid 750,000 euros, half
the ransom money.
