affairs in the European Union started at Dubrovnik's Interuniversity

The event is being attended by some 70 people from a dozen European
countries who will discuss relations between the EU and third
countries. Special attention will be devoted to Croatia's efforts to
join the EU, education in Europe, and EU Constitution.
Participants were greeted by Dario Mihelin, an adviser to the Croatian
minister for European integration, and Professor Marko Petrak of the
Zagreb School of Law.
The seminar will last until March 7.
