ZAGREB, Feb 12 (Hina) - Prime Minister Ivo Sanader on Thursday held talks with the president of the Croatian Party of Pensioners (HSU), Vladimir Jordan. The two officials agreed that the issue of the additional health insurance plan
be solved though an integral reform of the basic health protection system.

The meeting was also attended by deputy prime ministers Jadranka Kosor
and Andrija Hebrang, and Economy and Labout Minister Branko Vukelic.
Sanader said that pensioners were the most socially endangered part of
the Croatian society. He stressed the government's readiness to, in
cooperation with the HSU, change this situation as soon as possible,
the government's public relations office said in a statement after the
meeting.
