ZAGREB, Jan 29(Hina) - Finance Minister Ivan Suker on Thursday confirmed the government would continue negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on a new stand-by arrangement.#L# "The government believes that negotiations with the IMF should be continued given the assumed commitments," Suker told reporters after a meeting of incumbent and former government members which focused on financial obligations the new government has assumed. Suker told reporters that neither he nor Prime Minister Ivo Sanader had said during the election campaign that the new government would not make deals with the IMF.
