SARAJEVO, Jan 11 (Hina) - The search operation launched on Saturday by the Stabilisation Force (SFOR) in the Pale area near Sarajevo resumed on Sunday, local police sources confirmed today.

Miroslav Popara, police spokesman in the Serb part of Sarajevo, told
reporters that SFOR troops had this morning again set up checkpoints
around Pale and continued checking vehicles and passengers.
International peace-keepers also searched a Serb Orthodox church in
Pale on the night between Saturday and Sunday.
The parish priest at the Church of the Assumption told Republika
Srpska Radio that SFOR troops did not find anything suspicious in the
church and that the operation also included Serb police.
The community health centre in Pale was searched on Saturday and its
director told reporters SFOR troops were looking for a wounded person
suspected of war crimes.
According to unconfirmed information, SFOR members also searched the
offices of the local Red Cross.
