LUXEMBOURG, Oct 3 (Hina) - The EU foreign ministers agreed about a negotiating framework for Turkey in Luxembourg on Monday after Austria yielded with its demands, according to sources in Luxembourg.

Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul is on the way to Luxembourg, they said.

This is why the British presidency of the European Union called for 1530 the meeting of the EU task force evaluating Croatia's cooperation with the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague.

The task force will first meet on the level of political directors, who will most likely prepare the ministerial meeting to be attended by Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader and chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte.
