The office was opened in the building of the UEAPME, the employers' organisation representing the interests of crafts, trades and SMEs at the EU level, whose associate member HOK has been since 1995.
The HOK office will follow economic developments in European Union member-states, gather information for craftsmen and apply for financial means from euro-funds as well as lobby for the interests of the Croatian craftsmen in EU institutions.
The office is headed by Natko Vlahovic, an adviser with HOK on international cooperation.
