T-HT said the article published by Novi List contained a series of untrue and incorrect claims aimed at deluding the public.
The company labelled as ill-intentioned and tendentious the allegation that it is deliberately cutting optical cables to obstruct the competition.
Novi List said today it was in possession of a confidential document from Deutsche Telekom (DT), the majority owner of T-HT, dating back to January 2004. According to the daily, the document refers to a two-year business development and economising plan for T-HT under which DT intends to lay off 3,775 workers by the end of next year.
T-HT said in today's press release that the only relevant document pertinent to its plans was the business plan adopted by the management.
