SUBOTICA, Jan 14 (Hina) - Croatia's general consul to Subotica DavorVidis and Vojvodina Prime Minister Bojan Pajtic met in Subotica,northern Serbia, on Thursday, concluding that cooperation between theCroatian and Vojvodina chambers
of commerce should be intensified andthat Vojvodina business people should be more present in Croatia,Belgrade's daily Danas said on Friday.
SUBOTICA, Jan 14 (Hina) - Croatia's general consul to Subotica Davor
Vidis and Vojvodina Prime Minister Bojan Pajtic met in Subotica, northern
Serbia, on Thursday, concluding that cooperation between the Croatian and
Vojvodina chambers of commerce should be intensified and that Vojvodina
business people should be more present in Croatia, Belgrade's daily Danas said
on Friday.The two officials also said it was necessary to upgrade the agreement on
cross-border cooperation, with Vidis adding that the Vojvodina and Croatian
governments should intensify cooperation.
Vidis also met Vojvodina Parliament Speaker Bojan Kostres. Kostres said
he would pursue the policy of good neighbourly relations of the previous
administration, and advocated the exchange of visits of parliamentary
delegations.
