HAVANA, Sept 16 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic, who attended a summit of the Non-Aligned Movement in Havana, has said that Cuba has made great headway in the development of the schooling system and health care, but still needs elements of the market economy so as to speed up the entire economic development.
