Croatia has become proof that reforms in the region are possible and is a model to all its neighbouring countries, Prime Minister Ivo Sanader said on Tuesday at London's International Institute for Strategic Studies in a talk on Croatia as the 28th member of the European Union. Croatian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks and the chairman of Bosnia-Herzegovina's House of Representatives, Martin Raguz, on Tuesday held talks on bilateral relations and aspirations of the two neighbours to join European institutions.
