Seselj, Margetic and Krizic, the publisher and two former editors in chief of Hrvatsko Slovo weekly, have been indicted for revealing the identity and testimony of a protected witness at the Tihomic Blaskic trial. Margetic is also charged with publishing the transcript of the testimony of Croatian President Stjepan Mesic, who was the protected witness in the Blaskic trial.

Domagoj Margetic and Marihan Krizic - so as to reduce the number of indictments and improve the tribunal's efficiency, ICTY sources reported Friday.
