Members of the committee expressed hope that economic cooperation with Croatia would continue to grow, the Croatian Parliament Public Relations Office said in a statement.
The head of the EFTA delegation, Franz Heeb of Lichtenstein, said the Free Trade Agreement between Croatia and EFTA member states had been effective since 2002. He expressed conviction that trade with Croatia would grow, especially after Croatia joining the EU and the European Economic Area (EEA) which includes 25 EU member states and three EFTA countries (apart from Switzerland).
