The seminar was attended by European Union officials in Bosnia-Herzegovina who talked about possibilities of advancing cross-border cooperation among Western Balkan countries.
An officials of the Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Tourism, Transport and Communications, Marija Rajkovic, who is also a member of a special team for Bosnia-Croatia cooperation , said that Croatia was ready to share with Bosnia the experience it gained from cooperation with Italy, Slovenia and Hungary.
The European Commission is prepared to donate funds from cross-border cooperation of Western Balkan countries, but there are still no quality projects to be financed from EC funds, said Natasa Gospodjinacki, the head of the EU ream for the support to institutions for cross-border cooperation among Western Balkan countries. It is necessary to establish joint institutions for cross border cooperation, she said.
