ZAGREB, Jan 31 (Hina) - There are no indications of a joint session of the governments of Croatia and Slovenia being cancelled owing to the current dispute between the two countries over the sea border, a source from the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration told Hina on Wednesday.

"There have been no indications from the Croatian side of the joint session being cancelled, regardless of the current disputes and differences, and we don't see any reason for delaying preparations for the meeting," the source said.

Some Croatian newspapers said on Wednesday that a joint session of the two governments, announced for the start of 2007, might be called off because of the newly-arisen tensions.

A Slovene government source told Hina in Ljubljana on Wednesday that preparations for the joint session were proceeding according to plan.
