The festival will feature publishing and art events, as well as street shows and literary evenings. It will be held in 17 towns and gather 600 participants from Croatia and ten other countries.
The event, inspired by the Week of Laughter, held in Istria in 1992, will be organised by the Prolegomena Art organisation and the Mara agency from Pula.
Festival director Eduard Tomicic Buntauli said the event would be taking place at the time of carnivals in the Istria and Kvarner regions.
