Following the decision by the Zagreb County Court to turn down the management's request for the ban on the industrial action on Friday afternoon, the CA management and striking union leaders sat at the negotiating table. Their negotiations ended inconclusively shortly after Friday midnight, but the negotiators resumed the talks on Saturday morning.
The strike, which began on Friday morning, is to last until Tuesday, but can cease earlier in the event that the two sides reach agreement.
The Croatia Airlines management estimates damage to be caused by the four-day strike at HRK 29 million.
According to CA, its flights from Zagreb to Vienna, Zurich, Pristina and Skopje and its flights from Split to Vienna, Zurich, Munich and Lyon and a Dubrovnik-Rome flight were cancelled on Saturday due to the strike.
Information on scheduled flights is available at www.croatiaairlines.com.
"All passengers with tickets for one of the cancelled flights due to strike will be entitled to rebooking or refund, under the condition that the ticket was bought by and including 7th July," the company said on its web site.
