The third suspect, their former colleague, Major Zoran Slavuljica, also dismissed the charges in Podgorica on Tuesday.
The investigation against those three former JNA pilots was launched by Montenegrin prosecution on the basis of an agreement between the Montenegrin and Croatian judiciary.
Croatian prosecutors believe that the three pilots were a part of a 15-member group that committed war crimes in Dubrovnik and caused the destruction of historical monuments there. Montenegrin prosecutors are helping them in gathering data.
According to the Montenegrin media, it will be now on the Croatian prosecutors to decide on further moves after they get the files from the Podgorica High Court. Croatia can decide whether the proceedings will be conducted in Dubrovnik or whether the case will be transferred to the Montenegrin judiciary.
