Kamal said his country was very much interested in promoting bilateral cooperation, explaining that Qatar preferred Croatia in comparison with other countries because of its good political relations with Croatia, according to a press release from the HGK.
Present at the meeting were managers of 11 Croatian companies from the construction, metal and energy industries, some of which are already operating in Qatar.
One of the companies, Koncar, has exported various transformers to that Arab country, worth EUR 137 million.
