ZAGREB, June 24 (Hina) - The Croatian Health and Social Welfare
Ministry has stated that findings of a research conducted by the
ministry's task force show that the rate of mortality caused by
respiratory diseases in the city of Sisak is considerably higher that
the the average respiratory diseases mortality rate in Croatia.
However, the cancer mortality rate in Sisak does not differ from the
average cancer mortality rate in the rest of the country.
