PODGORICA, March 17 (Hina) - Montenegro will not conclude any treaty on
special relations with the Bosnian Serb entity, Montenegrin Prime
Minister Milo Djukanovic told Montenegrin Radio on Wednesday, adding
that his country would like to develop good relations with the state
of Bosnia-Herzegovina, its entities as well as with other countries in
the region.
