ZAGREB, Jan 29 (Hina) - Testifying before a commission the British government set up to investigate the decision on Great Britain's involvement in the war in Iraq, former PM Tony Blair denied having forged a secret agreement with former US President George Bush in 2002, saying that after 9/11 the Iraqi threat did not grow, but that the public perception of the threat of weapons of mass destruction grew dramatically.
