SARAJEVO, Dec 18 (Hina) - Heads of leading Bosnian Croat and Serb
parties, Dragan Covic of the HDZ BiH and Milorad Dodik of the SNSD,
said on Friday that negotiations on possible constitutional changes in
Bosnia-Herzegovina should not be conducted in 2010, adding that it was
impossible to expect any agreement on the matter in the pre-election
year.
