ZAGREB, Nov 10 (Hina) - The Croatian Privatisation Fund's Management
Board on Tuesday decided to propose to the government to accept a bid
made by the Agrokor concern for the purchase of 87.98 percent shares
of the Vukovar-based Vupik agribusiness company at the price of HRK 30
million. Agrokor has vowed to service 20 percent of Vupik's due loans
to state creditors, and consequently should ensure between HRK 50 and
60 million for this purpose.
