ZAGREB, Nov 5 (Hina) - Croatian Parliament Deputy Speaker Vladimir
Seks, who is the head of the Constitution Committee, has said that he
believes that nobody will exploit draft amendments to the Constitution
proposed as a step in closing certain policy chapters within Croatia's
European Union accession in order to see to it that some other
constitutional amendments be made which have no connections with
Croatia's EU membership bid.
