ZAGREB, Aug 10 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic has launched
proceedings for establishing whether the law introducing a special tax
on salaries, pensions and other income is in line with the
Constitution, the public relations department of the Office of the
Croatian President reported on Monday.
