ZAGREB, Aug 11 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor does not
think that the recently adopted law on special taxes on incomes,
salaries and pensions is in contravention of the constitution and is
confident that the Constitutional Court will not uphold the motion
launched by President Stjepan Mesic who criticises the special taxes
as being unconstitutional.
