ZAGREB, 15 Feb (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Saturday that European leaders have not yet held serious discussions about the formation of a European army, following Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's call for Europe to establish its own armed forces in case the U.S. withdraws its troops from the continent.
