ZAGREB, 19 Dec (Hina) - The Croatian Bishops' Conference (HBK) Iustitia et Pax commission on Thursday called on citizens to inform themselves about the presidential candidates' programmes and to vote, hoping the next president will act in line with constitutional and legal powers and be a guarantor of societal stability.
