At the concert, to be staged in the HNK foyer on Monday, soloists Olga Pasiecznik (soprano) and Anna Radziejewska (mezzo-soprano) will perform arias and duets from Händel's opera, accompanied by the Period Instruments Ensemble of the Polish Royal Opera Capella Regia Polona, under the direction of conductor Krzysztof Garstka.
In September 2024, the Polish Royal Opera will perform the opera Rinaldo at the HNK Zagreb as part of the Zagreb Opera Festival, to be attended by several European opera theatres, the Polish Embassy in Zagreb said.
The Polish Royal Opera is one of the youngest Polish operas and one of the two state opera houses. Established in 2017, it has acquired a considerable reputation, winning the hearts of critics and audiences alike.
